Should I change careers?

It was the toughest question I faced when I navigated my own major career change. And it’s why I developed Considering Career Change, a short term counseling group for professionals at any stage of the career change process – from curious to committed.

Different from the work of understanding what career could be next, I show professionals in Texas how to apply self reflection, proven principles and best practices to get clear on whether a career change could be right for them (read more about my unique approach here).

Summer Intensive begins May 21, 2024

Developed in response to requests from educators and other professionals who wish to take advantage of the opportunity the summer months provide, the Summer Intensive enables participants to work through the full Considering Career Change framework in a consolidated timeframe.

The Summer Intensive is presented in a series of 4 meetings. Each meeting will feature guided exploration of a topic from the Considering Career Change framework. Between meetings, participants will be prompted to complete exercises I’ve developed to help them reflect on the topics more deeply and apply them to their unique circumstances.

To conclude the Summer Intensive, I’ll meet one-on-one with each participant to help them summarize learning they’ve gained, identify areas for additional exploration and map out actionable next steps.
